EAR-CONTROLLED ITEM STATEMENT:
These items are classified on the U.S. Commerce Control List, 15 C.F.R. Part 774, under ECCN [See Line Items], and you are required to obtain all necessary export license approvals from the Bureau of Industry and Security, U.S. Commerce Department, prior to export from the United States.
SUPPLY CHAIN, PRICING & LEAD TIMES
Due to continuing global shortages of supplies, parts and materials, EDT is experiencing low inventory levels and component shortages. This situation has made keeping up with the increased demand for our products challenging. Because of this and related cost variability, our quote validity window must be kept short, and all lead times are estimated and are subject to change.
LEAD TIME (ARO):
Quoted lead time is an estimate of ship date and will be confirmed at time of order. Please allow additional time for delivery. Delivery time will vary based on customer specified delivery location and method of shipment.
SHIPPING CHARGES NOT INCLUDED IN PRICING:
All transportation and insurance costs will be the sole responsibility of the Purchaser. Quoted transportation charges may be subject to change based on quantity ordered, delivery terms and shipping method specified on order.
DELIVERY TERMS:
Please indicate on your order the method of shipment desired. The default shipping method is UPS ground and FOB Origin.
1.) FOB ORIGIN – Hillsboro, Oregon, USA. No insurance costs are added to transportation costs.
2.) FOB DESTINATION – Delivery point specified on order. The cost to insure product shipment to delivery point will be added to transportation cost and quoted as a Not-To-Exceed (NTE) line item.
TRADE COMPLIANCE:
These items are controlled by the U.S. Government and authorized for export only to the country of ultimate destination for use by the ultimate consignee or end-user(s) herein identified. They may not be resold, transferred, or otherwise disposed of, to any other country or to any person other than the authorized ultimate consignee or end-user(s), either in their original form or after being incorporated into other items, without first obtaining approval from the U.S. Government or as otherwise authorized by U.S. law and regulations.
